Yang Family Style T'ai chi ch'uan (Taijiquan) 楊氏太極拳
T'ai chi ch'uan (Taijiquan) Translated, "supreme ultimate fist", "boundless fist", "great extremes boxing" or or simply "the ultimate". Adults and seniors enjoy learning tai-chi. Tai-chi not only teaches self-defense, it promotes a healthy-mind and body as well as extending ones longevity. Tai-chi is based on the principles of I-Ching易經 Book of Changes and the philosophy of Yin & Yang陰陽 which means we must maintain a balanced way of life.

- Power breathing techniques known as "Chigong" (Qigong) 氣功
- Tai-Chi Stances
- Yang 楊氏 "108" & "24" style
- Advanced tai-chi "Pushing hands" 推手 (a two person drill)
